Testing and assessing before production…

Certain products do require sampling and testing before production. That is quite often with case with moulds and patterns with multiple parts.

Mission Patterns can help to avoid adjustments later in the process by simulating the moving parts on screen using our latest CAD software or producing lightweight CNC cut models for sampling and testing purposes.

For tooling that will have multiple parts it is particularly useful to see how everything fits together - and also to assess how the tool will sit in its working position on site.

Once we are sure that the model is a perfect fit, mould equipment is produced so the items can be made in the appropriate precast material.
